SRINAGAR, Jan 24: The Rasm-e-Chahrum of former Deputy Director Indian System of Medicines (ISM) Dr Syed Ashiq Hussain Bukhari who passed away on Saturday evening shall be observed on January 26 at Panzan-Chadoora in district Budgam.
Dr Bukhari son of noted spiritual figure of Kashmir and religious luminary Late Haji Syed Noor-ud-Din Bukhari left for heavenly abode at 9:30 PM on last Saturday after a protracted illness.
The family has appealed all the relatives, acquaintances, friends and colleagues of the deceased besides general public who intend to attend the special prayers at Dr Bukhari’s residence on January 26 to strictly adhere to Covid-19 protocols in vogue and maintain social distancing under Covid Appropriate Behaviour.
The family of Dr Bukhari has also urged the female relatives not to carry along any eatables including fruits during their visit to the bereaved family.
