Srinagar April 20: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday expressed deep shock and grief over the demise of Hakeem Qamar-ud-din, Former SSP and father of Khursheed Ahmad Hakeem who passed away after a brief spell of illness at Housing Colony Sanat Nagar.
Expressing sympathy with the family members, Bukhari termed the demise as a personal loss. He said the deceased was a man with uncommon ability and his contributions for the welfare of society is beyond explanation.
Expressing greif over the loss, Bukhari prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear this inconsolable loss.
” The demise of Hakeem Qamar-ud- Din came as a shock to me . He was a man of principles who has worked tirelessly for the welfare of common masses. In this hour of grief, I stand in solidarity with Khursheed Ahmad Hakeem and the entire family. I would pray for the peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear the irreparable loss” he said.
