Bandipora : A young girl from North Kashmir’s border village memorised 30 chapters of the Holy Quran in just 25 days.
A 20-year-old girl Kulsuma Bin Majeed daughter of Abdul Majeed Milak of Kilshay village of Gurez memorised 30 chapters of the holy Quran in 25 days.
Talking with Kashmir Despatch she said ” I was part of 20 girls aged between 14 to 25 years from different parts of Kashmir who have completed memorising 30 chapters of the holy Quran within a year”.
‘I want to become Alima in the future and want to fulfil the dream of my parents” she added.
Pertinent to mention here she is the first girl from Kashmir who memorised 30 chapters of the Holy Quran in just 25 days, earlier this year a Kashmiri girl memorised 30 in 38 days.
