BANDIPORA, July 01: Three boys drowned in Wullar lake at Laharwalpora village of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Friday. One of them died.
The deceased was identified as Muzaffar Ahmad Kawa (16) son of Farooq Ahmed Kawa while 02 others Bilal Ahmad and Parvaiz Ahmad are said to be injured in the incident.
As per police, three boys drowned today afternoon in Wullar lake in Laharwal village of Bandipora district and with the efforts of police and civilians two out of three were rescued.
They were shifted to local hospital where one of three was declared as brought dead while other two are said to be critical and are still under treatment.
