MTB Kashmir Organises “Kashmir Premier Mountain Biking Challenge” in Ganderbal

Dir Tourism Fazlul Haseeb IAS Flag off “Kashmir Premier Mountain Biking Challenge” organised by MTB Kashmir in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal District.

100 cyclists from different states including J&K, Haryana, Delhi and Bihar participated in 45 KM’s off road cycle race from Madri Meharbaan Stadium Ganderbal to Mammer Sonamarg.

Waheed Ahmad got ist position, Dr Akbar Khan got second and Bazil Rather got third position in”Mens Elite”.

Mohd Zamin Reishi got ist Position, Irfan Mir Second and Sajad Yousuf got third in “Masters”.

Adnan Bashir got Ist Position, Parveez Ahmad second and Arsalan was third in Youth Boys category.

Faisal Shafi & Tahir Shameem got ist position, Zulfkar & Ikhlaq second and Mushtaq Bhat & Abdul Shaqoor got third in Team of Two Category.

Five thousand in cash for ist position, three thousand for second while as two thousand for third in all categories with momentos and certificates.

Dir Tourism Kashmir and Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal among participants and position holders at cafeteria in Mammer.
