SRINAGAR, Jan 13 : Man who was found dead in Soura area of Srinagar was not associated with HDFC, the HDFC officials said on Friday.
HDFC bank has refuted the claims being made by a section of media that the victim security guard was found unconscious inside the ATM booth of HDFC Bank in Soura.
An official from HDFC Bank told the Kashmir Scroll that the victim was guarding an ATM booth of another bank and he was found unconscious at ‘Vegetable Market’ Soura. The victim was taken to SKIMS where doctors declared him dead. He said that the victim was not associated with the HDFC Bank and both the security guards deployed at HDFC Bank’s Soura ATM are hale and hearty.
The HDFC Bank official requested the media to verify the facts before publishing any news. (KS)
