SRINAGAR, March 2: A blood donation camp organized on March 1 at 35 Bn CRPF, Campus at Humhama, Budgam in collaboration with SMHS hospital Srinagar under the aegis of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”.
During the blood donation campaign, Shri Rajesh Kumar DIG, GC,CRPF, Srinagar , Shri Nikhil Rastogi Commandant 35, officers and other personnel of 35 Bn, GC CRP F, Valley QAT have donated blood. During the compaigan total 65 pesonnel have donated the blood. It was a unique opportunity for the donors to donate their blood to save the precious life of people who die due to non availability of blood. A donor certificate by the SMHS hospital was issued. CRPF is not only involving themselves in fighting against terrorist but also doing act of solidarity by donating blood.
On the occasion, Shri Nikhil Rastogi Commandant 35 Bn told that “CRPF is devoted to serve the nation through various means including blood donation. Such camps will continue to the organized by 35 Bn under the guidance of Sh Ajay Kr. Yadav IG, CRPF Srinagar Sector .
