Srinagar, Dec 21 : A surrendered militant gone absconding has been arrested in a murder case, a senior police officer said.
The police officer informed news agency Kashmir Scroll that one surrendered militant namely Parvaiz Ahmed alias Haris involved in a murder case under FIR number 100/2005 u/s 302,307 IPC,7/27 Indian Arms Act, has gone missing for a considerable time now.
“The accused has been arrested and produced before a court for further proceedings”, the officer said. (KS)
