ACB arrests Forest Watcher in Ganderbal for accepting bribe

Ganderbal: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Friday trapped and arrested forest department watcher for demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 3000 from complainants in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

An official told Kashmir Despatch that in Sumbal Gund, ACB team traped and arrested one government employee of forest department namely Ghulam nabi Ahanger son of Ghulam mohammad Ahanger of Prang, who is forest watcher by designation while demanding and accepting bribe of Rupees 3000 from complainants namely Muktiyar Ahmad Bokda son Abdul Rashid Bokda and Mohammad lateef kasana son of Ghulam Nabi Kasana both residents of sumbal Gund Ganderbal.
