After 11 days Sopore youth succumbs

Sopore : Authorities on Thursday suspended class work ahead of exams in north Kashmir’s Sopore town.
Principal Government Degree College Sopore Prop. Salma Ahad told Kashmir Despatch over the phone that today classwork at the institution has been suspended because of exams.
Meanwhile, sources told Kashmir Despatch that a injured who was injured while installing a CCTV camera in the town 11 days ago succumbed to his injuries today at Srinagar hospital.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said overall situation in the town remained peaceful with all business establishments are running smoothly, while trafic is playing on all routes in the town.
Meanwhile, local administration, police and army provided all the required assistance to the family during the hospitalisation of the injured youth. Further, all necessary support is being provided to the family,” an official said while quoted by news agency KNO.
