SRINAGAR, November 15: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Sunday expressed deep shock and grief over the demise of Party senior worker from Ikhrajpora Abdul Rahim Rather who passed away yesterday.
In a condolence message issued here, Bukhari described the deceased as a thorough gentleman and a well known social activist who shall be remembered for his social welfare and philanthropic activities in his area.
Bukhari expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. Meanwhile, a condolence meeting was held at the Party office in Lal Chowk, Srinagar wherein special prayers were held for the deceased. Party senior functionaries and ward presidents of zone Amirakadal also participated in this condolence meeting.
