Apni Party ‘s elation continues, Riyaz Ahmed Badana joined Apni Party in presence of Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari

Srinagar April 4: In a major development, Riyaz Ahmed Badana a prominent social worker and a journalist from Nagbal Chrar-i-Sharief initially associated with People’s Conference today joined Apni Party in presence of Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari at it’s party office M2 Church Lane Sonwar Srinagar.

Besides Badhana, scores of political workers also joined the Party fold. The new entrants were welcomed into the party by Altaf Bukhari who termed the move as significant for achieving the overall development module of the valley.

During a statement to the press, Bukhari said the party has received an immense response from workers of different parties from all across the region who willfully after knowing our module towards prosperity and aim of development are joining the Apni Party fold on continuous basis. Such elation would make the party strong and help us in reaching out to each and every member of the society and address their plight. I congratulate Badhana and rest of the group for the new accomplishments and I hope we together can make a positive change “

Besides Party President, many senior leaders including Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Vice President and District President Shopian Zafar Manhas, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, State Secretary and District President Budgam Muntazir Mohi-ud-din, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, Incharge Charar-i-Sharief constituency Mushtaq Zuhami,DDC Member Sayedpora Shabir Ahmad Reshi, Councillor Mehjoor Nagar Mohammad Saleem Bhat, General Secretary ST Wing Khalid Badana and many other prominent leaders were present on the occasion.

Besides the joining ceremony, Bukhari interacted with media and said that the STs and SCs are equal stakeholders of Jammu and Kashmir. He also emphasized on creating employment avenues and welfare measures for STs and SCs who till date have been used as a vote bank by traditional political parties.
