Srinagar, Aug 5 : Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party President and former Minster Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Sunday said Ghulam Nabi Azad is fooling the people of J&K by saying that he will fight for the restoration article 370 and 35A.
While addressing gathering here at Anantnag district of south Kashmir, he said that People of J&K can’t be befooled by the new promises of Ghulam Nabi Azad that he will fight for the restoration of Article 370 and 35A.
” when Article 370 and 35A were abrogated in parliament, then Azad was the leader of the opposition, why was he not able to do anything at that time?,” he questioned.
The Apni Party Chief futher said that the people of J&K had trust on Ghulam Nabi Azad, “but little did they know that he had made a back deal with the Government.”
Pointing to Azad, he said that If he had raised an outcry in Parliament at that time, Article 370 would never have been scrapped. (KNS)
