Baramulla Police Organizes Drug De-addiction Awareness Program at GDC

To strengthen awareness and community engagement, Baramulla Police, under the supervision of DySP HQ Baramulla, Shri, Altaf Ahmad Khan JKPS organized a Drug De-addiction Awareness Program at Govt Degree College Baramulla. The event aimed to educate students about various social evils prevailing in society, especially the harmful effects of drug abuse.

Prominent speakers at the event including SHO Baramulla, Sh. Rishabh Shukla, IPS, Ms. Rupali Singh, JKPS DySP PC Baramulla, Principal GDC Baramulla Dr. Neelofar, HOD Psychology Dr Nasir Ahmad, Mohd Ashraf and Ms. Uzma Qureshi PDDC. They addressed the gathering and highlighted the ill effects of drugs and the importance of responsible citizenship. They urged students to remain vigilant and play an active role in spreading awareness about the menace of drug abuse within their communities.
