Baramulla policeman tests positive

Srinagar, April 19 : A Jammu and Kashmir policeman of north Kashmir’s Baramulla village on Sunday tested postive of COVID-19 after a brief contact history with positive victim of Budgam.

An official told Kashmir Despatch that a 35 year old police cop of Malpora village of Narvaw Baramulla who was posted out of District on Sunday was diagnosed positive. Official said that medical team is on the way to his home to track down the persons who may have come in contact with him.

BMO Sheeri Farooq Ahmad when contacted told this newspaper, we are waiting for the final confirmation however we have deputed a medical team to his residential area for screening his family and further procedure as per medical guidelines.
