Kulgam, Oct 29 : A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) worker was killed while two others were injured in a gunmen’s attack in South Kashmir’s Kulgam District on Thursday evening.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said suspected militants shot three workers of BJP in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district, however all the injured were rushed to nearby hospital where one among succumbed to his injures.
Confirming the attack BJP Kashmir media incharge Manzoor Bhat said one among injured workers succumbed to his injures who were attacked by suspected gunmen. He identified deceased as general secretary Yuva Morcha Fida Hussain.
Meanwhile, soon after the attack whole area has been cornoded to nab the attackers.
