Budgam, Aug 18 : A 12-yr-old boy was found hanging in Raithan Khansahib area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday evening.
An official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that the boy name (withheld) from Raithan Khansahib was allegedly found hanging at his home and was subsequently taken to SDH Khansahib.
At SDH Khansahib, the boy was declared dead, the official said adding police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated investigation.
Body will be handed over to the family for last rites after medico-legal formalities, he added. (KDC)
