COVID-19 : 72 year old Tangmerg man passes away toll 6

Srinagar, April 25 : A 72-year-old COVID-19 patient from north Kashmir’s Baramulla district has died at a hospital here, making it the sixth death in Jammu and Kashmir due the novel coronavirus.

An official told Kashmir Despatch the elderly had tested positive for the dreaded disease earlier this month.

Confirming the death a health official told this newspaper that he was admitted JVC Bemina.

It is pertinent to mention here this is second death of COVID-19 victim in north Kashmir’s Tangmerg and overall in Baramulla district third.
