COVID Restrictions in Kupwara extended to August 10

Kupwara, August 06 : The administration in Kupwara has extened Covid-19 lockdown to August 10.

In an order copy which lies with Kashmir Despatch reads, Whereas, the overall COVID scenario has been reviewed in consultation with Health Department and in exercise of Powers conferred under Sec. 144 CrPc and Section 34 of Disaster Management Act. the restrictions imposed vide the aforesaid Order Dated,-25-07-2020 shall continue to be operational till 10-08-2020 subject to the following stipulations.

There shall be complete restrictions on shop openings till 10-08-2020 except those selling vegetables and dairy products only.

No shop dealing with vegetables and dairy products shall be allowed to conduct business except with prior COVID negative test report of the owner & statT members.

There shall be no restrictions on movement of commercial vehicles carrying essential commodities and constnictionlother material for developmental storks during this period.

Lead District Manager ensure operation of Bank Branches as per Rosters to ensure no overcrowding in any of the premises and all Managers shall ensure atiherence to Social distancing and usage of Masks in all the Bank premises/ATM’s.

The deployment Orders for additional Magistrates issued by concerned Addl. Deputy Commissioner’s iSDNEs to enforce restrictions shall continue to be valid.

This order shall remain in force till 10-08-2020 or unless modi Issued under my hand and seal today on 04-08-2020 the order reads.
