Sopore, June 02 : Search and rescue operation enters into second day to locate the body of 07 year old youth who drowned in river Pehru at Behrampora area of Sopore on Monday.
Feehan Fayaz son of Fayaz Ahmad resident of Batpora Sopore has not been traced yet after he drowned in river Pohru at his maternal home in Behrampora on Monday when he was playing with other kids and slipped into the river.
A police official told Kashmir Despatch that National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) teams and local authorities are on job to trace the drowned youth.Officer said that we have resumed search and rescue operation again today morning to trace the youth as operation was suspended yesterday evening due to darkness.
