Proposed Basket ball, Volly ball and other concreat as well as synthetic Courts to more then fifteen schools for District Kishtwar
Kishtwar, June 25:
A meeting of all ZPEO’s PEL’s, PEM’s, PET’s and REK’s was held in Mini Secretariat Conference Hall, Kishtwar under the chairmanship of Director General Youth Services and Sports J&K Govt.
As a part of creating sense of belonging and affection Director General Youth Service and Sports Dr. Saleem -Ur- Rahman along with DYSSO Kishtwar Jaffer Hussain Sheikh interact with all employees and listen their genuine demands.
I/c Games Fund Javed Iqbal Kripak submit a detailed report to DG Youth Services and Sports regarding collection of games fund and requested for their personal intervention against the defaulters as yearly games fund income from all Govt/ pvt schools of 7 zones of District kishtwar must come approximately Rs 7 lacs but we are getting only 2.5 lacs as the defaulter schools not deposit their games fund properly with that the department may not able to organize coaching camps and not to provide other facilities to players during tournaments.
After threadbare discussion Chairperson gave assurance of fulfilment all genuine demands.
He ask participants to focus on sports activities with zeal and zest as it’s a basic need of our students.
He further stated that our Department is the only one Department which is involved with all other Departments as no activity is possible without our co-operation.
Later, Director General Youth Services and Sports proposed Basket ball, Volly ball and other concreat as well as synthetic Courts to more then fifteen schools for District Kishtwar and also inaugurated Volleyball court at Salana of Drabshalla zone.
Further he stressed upon the employees to give their best so that our students can be able to participate in National and international level.
He advised them to follow the rules and regulations in letter and spirit during competition and make selection of players on merit basis.
He asked participants to inculcate habits of truthfulness and commitment to good deeds and focus honestly on the task to achieve cent percent success in all fields.
They highlighted the need to put in place transparent, accountable and professional administrative structure for carving out more success stories.
All the employees thanked to Director General Youth Services and Sports J&K Govt. for their visit to our Far flung areas and for giving patience to their demands.
