Sopore : On February 29, 2020, Police party of Police Station Tarzoo headed by SHO Police Station Tarzoo SI Bilal Khanday arrested one drug peddler namely Umer Javaid Ziki S/O Javaid Ahmad Ziki R/O Model Town Sopore during naka checking at Jamai Qadeem Hathishah Sopore.
In this regard case FIR No. 07/2020 U/S 8/22 NDPS Act has been registered in police Station Tarzoo and investigation set into motion.
The Sopore Police is committed to continue its offensive against the drug peddlers.
People of the area have hailed the prompt action of Sopore Police.
