Srinagar, July 12: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir said on Wednesday that the fuel crisis in Kashmir will end this evening.
Speaking to Kashmir Despatch, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri said that the supply of petrol will reach Kashmir this evening, which is expected to effectively resolve the ongoing petrol crisis in the region.
He said the arrival of the supply will alleviate the shortage and ensure the availability of petrol to meet the demand.
The Kashmir Valley is grappling with a severe petroleum crisis, leaving its residents in a state of distress. The shortage of fuel has triggered widespread inconvenience and hardship, with people struggling to commute and meet their daily transportation needs.
