Indo-Pak armies exchange fire along LoC in Baramulla

Baramulla, July 10 : The armies of India and Pakistan on Wednesday exchanged gun fire along the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri Sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said Pakistan army targeted Tikka Post along LoC in Uri Sector of Baramulla District with small level weaponry.

Reports said the Indian army retaliated effectively, however there was no report of any loss of life or the property.

An army officer while confirming to Kashmir Despatch said that Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire by resorting to unprovoked firing in Tikka Post, officer said that fire was retaliated effectively.
