Sopore : The Sopore family’s joy on the Eid turned into grief after their daughter lost life in a road mishap in north Kashmir’s village on Sunday.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said the joy of happy Eid turned into sadness in Sopore when a girl aged 12 identified as Autreza daughter of Ghulam Hassan Lone died tragically after being hit by a car at Wadoora area on Sunday evening.
The incident has cast a shadow of mourning over the area on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Azha reports added.
Police officer told Kashmir Despatch a case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been set into motion.
