Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, and Inspector General of Jammu & Kashmir Police, Vidhi Kumar Birdi, visited the Chinar Youth Upliftment and Vocational Assistance (YUVA) Centre on February 24, 2022.
