LeT militant killed in Sopore gunfight, ops on

A foreign militant has been killed in an ongoing gunfight in north Kashmir’s Sopore village on Monday evening sources said.

Sources told Kashmir Despatch that in the 12 hour long anti-militancy operation which was launched by a mixture of forces including Army’s 22 RR, SOG and CRPF at Zaloora village of Sopore, one Pakistan militant has been killed while the operation in the area is underway.

Sources further said that slain militant was part of Lashkar-e-Toiba militant outfit.
