Sopore : Police on Saturday claimed to have arrested a local militant affiliated with Lashker e Toiba militant outfit in North Kashmir’s Sopore town.
SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal confirmed to Kashmir Despatch that a local militant has been arrested in the town. Officer identified militant as Danish of old town Baramulla.
However the exact role of Danish in the militancy was not known to Kashmir Despatch immediately.
