Srinagar : One militant has been killed in ongoing operation after a gunfight broke out between Government forces and militants on Monday evening in Chattergam village of Budgam in Central Kashmir.
A senior Police officer told Kashmir Despatch that one militant has been killed so far in the encounter however his body has not been recovered.
The officer said that operation is still in progress as there could be more militants present.
