Date:

Anantnag, Oct 28 : Municipal Council Anantnag Thursday cautioned public over the distribution of forms for engagement on post of driver/user charger collector saying ‘no such engagement is being made by the Council’.

“It has come to the notice of this Council that some persons/elements are distributing forms for engagement on the post of driver/user charger collector with a purpose of misleading general public, unemployed youth and grab money from them”, a handout from Municipal Council Anantnag reads.

The handout further reads; In this connection it is hereby brought into the notice of general public that no such engagement is being made at Municipal Council Anantnag. The Government vide Circular No: A/MISC/2015/364 dated:- 17.03.2015 followed by circular No: 30-GAD of 2019 dated: 24.05.2019 has imposed complete ban on engagement of all kinds of labours. Any such requirement at any time is to be filled through outsourcing basis only from Government e- marketing.
