Killing about DDC Chairperson Fareeda fake

Sopore: A municipal councilor and one SPO were killed in a militant attack on Monday afternoon in the Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said that Municipal Councilor Riyaz Ahmad and security guard Shafkat (policeman) were attacked by militants in Sopore and were later admitted to hospital. However, both councilor and his guard succumbed to their injuries. Sources said that a municipal meeting was underway when the attack took place.
Reports added that the news about the killing of a District Development Council member Dr Fareeda is fake.
Meanwhile, security forces have sealed the area and further investigation is on.
