JAMMU, JANUARY 28: Lt. Gen. Ranbir Singh, Army Commander, Northern Command, met Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu at the Raj Bhavan here today. It was Northern Army Commander’s farewell meeting with the Lt Governor before relinquishing his command.
The Lt Governor expressed appreciation for the sincerity & devotion with which Lt. Gen. Ranbir Singh has carried out his responsibilities and presented a farewell memento to him.
