Sopore, Dec 24 : One person was killed while another sustained serious injuries after a vehicle in which they were traveling in rolled down from Sangri Top in Sopore area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a private vehicle with HR number (Wagon R) rolled down from Sangri Top Sopore resulting in serious injuries to two persons.
Reports said both injured were immediately taken to sub district hospital Sopore where one among was declared dead on arrival while another injured was refferred to Srinagar medical institution for advanced treatment.
A doctor at hospital also confirmed this road mishap to Kashmir Despatch and identified deceased as Umar Ziki while injured was identified as Iqbal Najar.
The doctor further said that injured person has been refferred to Srinagar medical institution for advanced treatment.
Meanwhile, police took cognizance of this road mishap.
