SRINAGAR: At least five civilians were injured as Pakistan Army restored to unprovoked shelling and mortar fire along the Line of Control in Tangdhar sector of north Kashmir on Thursday morning.
The shelling hit Sadpura, Dhanni and Tad villages and damaged two houses.
The Pak army’s shelling also injured five civilians who were rushed to a nearby hospital. The injured were given the first aide.
In a befitting reply, the Indian Army carried out punitive retaliation on en posts which fired the mortar bombs and silenced them.
