Srinagar, 21 April 2025 : Kashmir Super 50, an initiative driven by the collaborative efforts of the Chinar Corps of Indian Army, CSRL and Petronet LNG Limited, has once again demonstrated exceptional success in the recently concluded JEE Mains 2025 examination. Among the top performers Tsering Chosphel secured an impressive 95.29 percentile, while Fasil Bashir Wani scored 95.17 percentile and Mohammad Abass achieved 92.31 percentile.
Since its inception, Kashmir Super 50 has achieved a remarkable success rate of 63%, with 268 out of 425 enrolled students gaining admissions to prestigious engineering institutes across India, which including 28 admissions in various IITs, 110 enrolments in NITs, 11 admissions in IIITs and 119 admissions in other renowned govt colleges. These results are a strong testament to the efforts of the Chinar Corps of Indian Army in promoting education in Kashmir, particularly in remote & far-flung regions.
Speaking about the impact of the initiative, student Sajid Ahmad shared, “The Chinar Corps of Indian Army, CSRL and Petronet have provided me with the tools and resources I needed to succeed. I am grateful for the unwavering support from the management and faculty.” Shri Krishnamurti Singh, Director of Operations at CSRL New Delhi, expressed immense pride in the students’ achievements, stating, “We are incredibly proud of our students. Their hard work and dedication, combined with our comprehensive educational approach, have made this success possible.”
