Sopore, June 26 : Unknown persons on Saturday evening attacked police party with an object likely petrol bomb in north Kashmir’s Sopore police district.
Sources told Kashmir Despatch that an unidentified object was hurled on police vehicle near Chandkoot crossing, however it missed the target and exploded on the road.
Sources added that in the attack no loss of life or any injury was reported.
Meanwhile, a police officer also confirmed to this newspaper and said soon after the incident whole area has been sealed to nab the attackers.
