Prominent NC Political Workers from Khanyar Join Apni Party

Mohammad Ashraf Mir welcomes the new entrants

SRINAGAR, February 22: A delegation of prominent political activists affiliated with National Conference from Khanyar constituency on Monday joined Apni Party at its office in Lal Chowk, Srinagar.

The political activists who joined Apni Party included: Mohammad Irfan Ahmad Langoo, Nazir Ahmad Langoo, Ghulam Nabi Tumaan, Bilal Ahmad Kalaa, Ghulam Mohammad Kanna, Manzoor Ahmad Chanaa, Firdous Ahmad Bhat and Asif Ahmad Khan.

The joining ceremony took place in presence of Apni Party Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, District President Srinagar Noor Mohammad Sheikh, DDC Vice Chairperson Srinagar Bilal Bhat, DDC member Mohammad Shaban Chopan, DDC member Shabir Reshi, In-charge Ganderbal Javid Mir, In-charge Khanyar Constituency Mohammad Yaseen Choodisaaz, Provincial President Youth Wing Kashmir Khalid Rathore, Party Leader Javid Junaid and Mohammad Saleem.

The new entrants were welcomed by Party’s provincial president Kashmir Mohammad Ashraf Mir who urged them to highlight and resolve the issues faced by the people in Khanyar constituency.

“Apni Party is committed to resolve the problems faced by the people at large. Apni Party does not believe in emotive sloganeering; instead, we focus on realistic issues that affect day-to-day lives of the common people,” Mir said.

On the occasion, the new entrants from Khanyar thanked the Party leadership for providing them with such a platform and avowed to strengthen the party at grass root level.
