Ab. Rahim Rather condoles demise of Haji Mohammed Abdullah Qadri
SRINAGAR, September 25: Apni Party district president Anantnag and
former legislator Abdul Rahim Rather on Friday expressed serious
concern over Sirhama explosion in which four youth sustained severe
injuries, two of whom have been referred for critical care treatment
in Srinagar.
In a statement issued here, Rather prayed for early recovery of the
injured youth and appealed to the government to provide free of cost
and best possible treatment to them. “Such types of incidents have now
become very frequent. Security forces as well as the youth should
observe high precautions while dealing under such circumstances,”
rather observed.
Meanwhile, the expressing deep shock and grief over the demise of
prominent Sufi Preacher Haji Mohammed Abdullah Qadri, Chairman of
Idara Tehqiqat-e-Islami Islamabad, who breathed his last on Friday
morning at his residence in Shirpora Anantnag, Rather prayed for
eternal peace to the departed soul.
“Late Qadri saheb was a known religious leader of South Kashmir. He
was father-in-law of late scholar and religious leader, Qazi Nisar
Saheb. He served in the state education department and was a prominent
educationist on his times,” Rather said. He also prayed for courage to
the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
