SRINAGAR, Oct 24: A new Public Grievance Cell has been set up at the CID Headquarters in Srinagar to address issues related to passport verification, service, and other verifications.
As per the statement issued here, the cell is located near the Government Arts Emporium and will be open to the public every Tuesday starting at 12 PM.
The initiative aims to provide assistance to individuals facing difficulties with passport cases and other verifications.
People can register for an appointment by contacting the cell via WhatsApp at 9906126468, emailing [email protected], or calling the landline at 0194-2459935.
A similar Public Grievance Cell will be established at the CID Headquarters on Canal Road in Jammu following the relocation of offices from Srinagar to Jammu.
