Srinagar, April 17 : After the protest of students on Friday authorities at Kashmir Law college decided to suspend the classwork at the campus for two days.
Sources told Kashmir Despatch that the authorities of the Kashmir Law College (KLC) Nowshera Srinagar suspended class work at the campus for two days following a scuffle between the senior and junior batches of students.
Pertinently, Students from Kashmir Law College on Friday hit streets to protest against alleged ragging of juniors by 3rd semester students, stating that the later brought “goons” who vandalized college property and beat students.
Earlier college authorities issued a notice which reads that the college has taken cognizance of the matter and has constituted a disciplinary committee to look into it.
