Says I am ‘powerful leader’ for my people

Sopore, Sep 25: The Congress Contesting Candidate from Sopore Constituency, Haji Abdul Rashid Dar, stated on Wednesday that he has brought the real “Lion of India,” none other than Rahul Gandhi, to his Sopore constituency today.
Addressing a mega rally at the Dargahpora Higher Secondary ground, Haji Rashid Dar, as per Kashmir Despatch, said that he is delighted that the leader of the opposition, Rahul Gandhi, is here among them. He stated that all the people present here are young, and he requested Rahul Gandhi to keep their employment in mind if the Congress party comes to power.
Haji while addressing massive gathering said they should be happy about Rahul Gandhi’s visit, as this is his second visit to this Dangerpora village.
Dar said that the Congress has a coalition with the National Conference coalition, but he is not satisfied with it because they are stealing their flags. What kind of coalition is that? Therefore, Rahul Gandhi should also pay attention to that.
Today, Rahul’s visit to Dangerpora was scheduled, and the National Conference had organized a rally in Sopore, he added.
Haji Rashid said that he wanted to say more, but due to his poor health, he would not be able to speak much.
However, he told the people that Haji Abdul Rashid is their powerful leader, and no matter how many times he becomes an MLA, he will always be powerful for them and will be present everywhere. He is not weak anywhere.
He also hinted to the opposing leaders that through Rahul Gandhi he has ruled the entire India, and Haji Abdul Rashid is powerful for his people.
Earleir Speaking exclusively with Kashmir Despatch, Haji Abdul Rashid, a two-time MLA from the Sopore seat, said that many candidates are fighting this time in Sopore, however, “dreaming is not a sin” and the symbol of Congress is going to be affixed on this seat again due to the trust and support of the people.
Haji said that the people in Sopore are eager to see the rule of Congress again, and now the elections are approaching, and on October 8th, the decision will be in favor of Congress.
He said that he does not see any competition from anyone in this race, as it is the people who are once again set to decide their fate in favor of Congress.
