Renowned educationist Noor-Ud-Din Shah passes away in Tral

Large number of people participate in funeral prayers

Pulwama: Master Noor-Ud-Din Shah, a former teacher and Principal passed away at 2 am at his ancestral residence in Kuchmulla village of South Kashmir’s Tral. He was 84. 

The deceased was a patron of Hamdard Grammar School Tral, & remained associated with education and social uplift throughout his life.  

After retiring from government service, he headed Madrassa Noor Ul Huda at Kuchmulla Tral for more than a decade. 

His Nimaz e Jinaza was offered near Jamia Masjid Kuchmulla at 9 am, in which large number of people from nook and corner of Tral, besides other places of Kashmir, participated. 

He is survived by his wife, four sons and a vast circle of his students and well-wishers.

His death is being condoled widely condoled, while his contribution in the field of education is being remembered. 

The Media Fraternity of Tral condoled the demise of Master Noor Ud Din Shah, and prayed for the departed soul. 

Meanwhile, the Spokesperson of People’s Democratic Party & DDC Member Tral Dr. Harbakash Singh has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of Shah, and expressed heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family.

Singh said that his contribution towards education, his life and works will continue to guide us in the coming decades also.

Similarly, DDC member Aripal Manzoor Ganai, Aam Aadmi Party leader Dr Farooq Aga, and other have also expressed their condolences on the demise of Master Noor-Ud-Din Shah.
