Baramulla, 24 April: Authorities in Baramulla today booked a miscreant identified as Reyaz Ahmad Dar of Kralteng Sopore for allegedly issuing forged movement pass amid COVID-19 lockdown in the district.
Accordingly, on the directions of District Magistrate Baramulla, police has registered FIR against the culprit after he was found in scanning the original movement passes and subsequently fudging the signatures of DM. The district magistrate has also ordered to conduct full-fledged enquiry into the matter.
Meanwhile, SHO Baramulla said that police acted swiftly and nabbed the miscreant who was booked under FIR No 42/2020 section 471 of the IPC.
