‘Win or loss doesn’t matter, what matters is your enthusiasm’: SSP Sopore

Sopore, Oct 31: Police in North Kashmir’s Sopore organized “Run for Unity” under the Banner of Police Flag Day Celebrations-2020, on Bypass road in the town on Saturday.
As per Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, The event was organized to give a boost to the sports activities and channelize youth the energy in a positive manner and to re-affirm the inherent strength of our nation to withstand the actual and potential threats to unity.
The Run was flagged off by SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal at 10:00 am from Railway road Amargrah to Seer Crossing. After the conclusion of the Run for Unity, the presentation ceremony was held at the railway Station Sopore.
Speaking on the occasion SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal appreciated the enthusiasm shown by very young kids, who were part of the Run for Unity, and in displaying their commitment to complete the run. He told participants that win or loss doesn’t matter, what matters is your enthusiasm, energy, and spirit that you all exhibit throughout the game.
Meanwhile, SSP Sopore distributed the prizes among the positions holders in the Run for Unity.
The participants thanked Sopore Police for promoting the budding talent of the town and have expressed their gratitude for their youth engagement programs.
