JKAP Expresses Gratitude to Home Minister, LG

Srinagar, June 15: Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party have expressed gratitude to Home Minister Amit Shah and Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu for removing the clauses of SRO 202 from new requirement rules applicable in union territory of J&K.
A spokesman of the party termed the move of the state advisory council in its regard as an achievement for the people especially the unemployed youth of J&K.
Pertinently, On June 05 the party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari had said that SRO 202 clauses were not only obsolete and brazenly unconstitutional in nature. Bukhari had sought Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s intervention to revoke SRO 2020 in its entirety.
