Baramulla, 14 Jan: The 2nd battalion of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Pattan, Baramulla (J&K) has organised a free ” Basic Computer Course” for 40 Youths of Kashmir valley with the aim was to enhance youth’s skill set towards acquiring jobs,participants were also handed over certificates upon completing the course successfully.
As per the details available, the computer course for 40 students for a period of 01 month under the aegis of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India and Force Headquarter, Sashastra Seema Bal, New Delhi.
The course conducted under S-Tech IT Solution, Pattan, Baramulla (J&K) of which Closing ceremony was held on today at 2nd Bn Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) Hqr Pattan.
Sh. Asheesh Naithani, Commandant, 02 Bn. SSB Pattan alongwith Sh. Hari Charan Prasad, Second-in-Command, Sh. Santosh Kumar, Dy. Commandant, Sh. Amit Kumar Sonkar, Dy. Commandant, Dr. Sudharshan Reddy P.R AC(MO) and Sh Sajjad Ahmad Director S-Tech IT Solution, Pattan, Baramulla graced the Closing Ceremony of the Course.
Sh. Asheesh Naithani, Commandant told that the main objective of this training is to provide self-employment to the youth of the valley and make a meaningful effort towards making them self-reliant. He also emphasized that training program aims to not only provide technical knowledge but also foster a spirit of entrepreneurship and self-reliance and nationalism among our youth. We firmly believe that with the right guidance, the participants of this course will emerge as capable and self-sufficient individuals who can contribute positively to their families, communities, and the nation.
