Srinagar, April 17: Apni Party President Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari greeted the people, particularly the Muslim community, on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Qadr, and urged them to pray for the sustained peace and prosperity in J&K.
In his message, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said that this auspicious night “provides s an opportunity to seek Allah’s mercy and blessings.”
He said, “The holy night of Shab-e-Qadr, also known as the Night of Power, holds immense significance as it was on this auspicious occasion that the Almighty Allah chose to reveal the Holy Quran to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) for the guidance of mankind. On this night, it is important that we seek Allah’s blessings and offer prayers for the sustained peace and prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir.”
He urged the administration to ensure availability of all the required facilities including uninterrupted power and water supply to the people and transport service to the devotees to reach the holy places where generational prayers are to be held.
