Srinagar : Three militants reportedly killed in a gunfight with forces in Wachi Letter area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday.
Sources said that three militants reportedly slain in the gunfight , however no official from Army, or Police confirmed yet.
A police official told Kashmir Despatch , operation in the area is underway, he however said that information was of three militants hiding in the area but as of now no body was recovered from the site.
Acting on a “specific intelligence input” about the presence of a some militants in the area, the joint team army;s 55 RR , SOG and the Central Reserve Police Force cordoned off the area in the morning.
