14 days old Jaish militant held in Bandipora

Bandipora, Jan 28 : Forces on Thursday arrested a 14 days old militant in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

An official told Kashmir Despatch that a 14 days old local militant has been apprehended by a joint team in Bandipora on Thursday.

The arrested militant has been identified as Imtiyaz Ahmad a resident of Panzigam Bandipora.

Meanwhile a police officer informed Kashmir Despatch that arms and ammunition has been recovered from the arrested militant. The officer said a case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been set up.
