15-Year-Old Girl Dies, Several Injured in Rainawari Accident

Srinagar, Sep 17: A 14-year-old girl student lost her life while several others sustained injuries after an accident in Jogi Lanker Rainawari area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Wednesday.

Officials told news agency Kashmir that the mishap involved an Eco vehicle in which several persons were injured including one school girl.

The injured children were shifted to JLNM Hospital for treatment, where doctors declared one of the victims, identified as Madiha, daughter of Farooq Ahmad Bhat of Gurpora, aged around 15 years, as brought dead.

Further details about the condition of the injured and the circumstances leading to the accident are awaited, they added. (KNC)
